In April 2022, HomeKeeper hosted a webinar to help users understand basic concepts of using Reports in Salesforce. Together, we duplicated and edited an existing HomeKeeper report to answer a new question, in order to demonstrate reporting tools and functionality.

This example used the HomeKeeper report, "NEW HUD 9902 Control Report (All)," to create a custom report that filters by Housing Counselor so each counselor can monitor and clean their own data. However, these concepts can be applied to any existing report.

Demonstrations are shown primarily in Lightning, with some review of differences in language and layout from Classic.
