Pricing and Purchase Information
Price for Installation and Configuration (one-time fee) - $1,000
HomeKeeper Support will configure the application to be fully functional. This includes installing the template, creating your Experience Site page to host it, adding your logo, updating the internal and external email notifications, and configuring the permissions so applicants can access it.
DaisyLogik Customization Package (one-time fee) - $4,750
This package includes adding up to 10 additional fields, creating further customized confirmation emails, styling the Experience site, additional forms customization including new screens or logic to the form flow (such as filtering out applicants who don't qualify or having custom end screens based on their responses, Initial Verification screen, scenarios or conditional sections, customizing existing screens with additional text, instructions, or images, and implementing additional form enhancements, including entirely new screens.

Features Included in the Application Template
The Online Application Template is an add-on feature for HomeKeeper. This screen flow template enables you to host a public form built into HomeKeeper.
Out-of-the-box Features
- Directly creates and populates HomeKeeper records, including the Service File, Application Household Members, Contacts, and financial information (Income, Debts, and Assets) for both the Applicant and Co-Applicant.
- Allows users to upload documents, which are saved directly to the Service File.
Application Templates / Use Cases Included
- Homeownership Template: standard application that populates HomeKeeper fields.
- Housing Counseling Template: standard application with the addition of HUD-required fields.
- Group Session Registration Form: allows users to find and register for Group Sessions that you've marked as public.
Security
- The form uses Salesforce’s Guest User profile. This allows users who are not logged into your HomeKeeper to submit data.
- The form is additionally built to protect your data and prevent guest users from viewing any sensitive information.
Customizability
- Out of the box, the template is simple but highly customizable. You can add fields and text, and adjust the appearance of the site page where it is hosted.

Experience Site Page
- This page will be set up based on information provided during the Installation. The HomeKeeper Team will create it with the URL of your choosing.
Lightning Email Template
- Used for a confirmation email sent to the applicant after the completion of the flow, called HK Application Completed Email Template
Guest Flow User Permission Set
- The settings will be configured during Installation to ensure that public users are able to use the flow.
Installation Process and Requirements
As part of your initial setup, the HomeKeeper Team will configure the application to be fully functional. This includes installing the template, creating your Experience Site page to host it, adding a logo, updating email notifications, and configuring the permissions so that the form is accessible to guest users.
To set it up, we require the following information:
- Desired URL for the Site page in the following format: https://[EditDomainText].my.salesforce.com/[EditPageName]/s/
- An image file for your organization's logo. The image should be 300x300px.
- The email addresses for anyone at your organization to be notified when an application is submitted.
- The desired text for your email notifications, if you would like them to be modified. This Installation only includes basic text updates.
- Your naming convention for Service Files
CAUTION: Additional customizations, including adding additional fields, application pages, creating more complex email templates, and further customizing your Experience Site page can be done internally or with a HomeKeeper Alliance Partner. Our developer partner, DaizyLogik, can provide customizations at a fixed rate (link to customization package information).
Limitations
The Online Application Templates have some limitations. They use Salesforce's guest user permissions, which make them accessible to anyone with a link to the page. To maintain data privacy, the Templates have been designed so that guest users cannot access any data in your system.
Because guest users cannot access your data, this is not an online portal. Once users submit their application, they will not be able to access it again. Similarly, if they close out of the application before finishing it, they will lose their progress and need to start again. For this reason, we recommend that you avoid adding too many additional pages or fields to the application.
