The Salesforce Organization ID (Org ID) is a unique, 15-character, case-sensitive alphanumeric identifier for your specific Salesforce instance. It is primarily used to identify your environment when submitting support cases, requesting new features, or installing third-party applications. The instructions below detail how to find your Org ID in Salesforce Setup.

Find Your Org ID

1. Click on the gear icon in the upper-right-hand corner to navigate to Setup
2. Use the Quick Find box on the left to search Setup for “Company Information”
3. Click on the Company Information tab
4. Scroll down to find the Salesforce.com Organization ID located at the bottom of the right-hand column
